uhh if this helps anyone at all i’ll be happy
BECAUSE it’s not very clear orz;;;;
for all the other things not shown ( halter, shoes, socks, bag ) i just used one layer and a marker. 

the basic thing is: clip a fringe layer onto a base layer, then use the marker all over until it looks good lolol
